Vizuality have recently won a safe contract to officially launch the UK’s National Security Training Centre (NSTC).
The contract involved managing the official opening of the NSTC, based at Robin Hood Airport.
Victoria Fletcher, Managing Director of Vizuality said: “We were delighted to win this national contract to look after the official opening event and develop marketing literature for the National Security Training Centre.
“As the training centre will provide the United Kingdom with a National centre of excellence for the provision of high quality aviation security training, it was important to have a high profile local figure perform the official opening and due to her ongoing support of the NSTC MP Caroline Flint fitted the bill perfectly.
“We worked closely with Redline Aviation Security, founders of the NSTC, who invited key figures from Ghana to the opening of their state of the art facility, to arrange the event and develop an invite list of significant players in the industry.
“Working with Invest in Doncaster, who are responsible for Redline relocating to the airport was a real pleasure, this large scale investment in the town is something that we are extremely proud to be a part of.”
All training and support services at the NSTC will be regulated and directed by the Department for Transport and under the auspices of the UK National Aviation Security Programme. .
The size and capacity of the NSTC caters for training where real x-ray and Walk Through Metal Detectors (WTMD) are utilised for practical exercises and role-play. This aspect of the training is where the fundamental difference in end-state competence occurs.
Paul Mason, Managing Director of the NSTC comments: “We were pleased to find a local company who had the expertise and knowledge to arrange our launch event and create marketing literature to suit our needs.
“Vizuality met the needs of our brief and their creative approach to developing our brand needs were coupled with a real dedication to delivery.”
